By accessing or using the XauBid Website or its services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In addition to these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Freelancer.com terms and conditions, as we utilize Freelancer.com's API and bidding platform to facilitate certain functionalities on this Website.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, XauZit and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website and the XauBid product.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and view the materials on this Website solely for the purpose of browsing, bidding on projects, and engaging with the content provided.
XauZit reserves the right to cancel the subscription of any user at any stage if they violate these Terms and Conditions. The Company also reserves the right to adjust the subscription fees for XauBid services at any time, with or without prior notice.
Subscription renewal may be denied if there are significant gaps between renewal periods after winning projects. This could result in restrictions, temporary bans, or permanent bans on account renewal.
XauBid operates on a pay-as-you-go model, designed to scale with your needs — no long-term commitments and no hidden fees.
No Refunds: All purchases made on XauBid, including bid credits, subscriptions, or add-ons, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Validity: Each bid purchase or subscription is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout. Unused bids will not roll over after expiry.
XauZit reserves the right to update pricing, introduce new plans, or alter the terms of bid validity at any time, with or without prior notice.
By uploading or displaying any content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio) on this Website, you grant XauZit a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content across all media platforms.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. XauZit reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at its discretion.
In no event shall XauZit, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any damages arising out of or in any way connected to your use of this Website. XauZit may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you. However, you may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms, along with any additional policies or agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and XauZit regarding the use of this Website and XauBid product, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
